Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
The MBSR course is an eight week intensive training programme held for two and a half hours a week. You receive a substantial booklet, guided meditations, a one day guided silent retreat and support. Join me for the simple yet quite profound practice of Mindfulness meditation. Learn the skills to start making more aware, conscious choices in any area of your life that you wish to see change in. This could be to reduce stress, anxiety, mindful eating for weight management, conscious relationships to create more fulfilling relationships or pain management, among a few.
If you have a group of 10 - 15 people, I am happy to deliver the MBSR course to your group, at your workplace or my venue. Also, Mindfulness courses are available anywhere in the world via Zoom.

Mindfulness & Relationship Retreat
We have a date and venue for this long awaited for retreat - 20 - 22 September at the stunning Twin Lakes Retreat Centre, Glenbervie, Northland, New Zealand.
Join us for this not to be missed experience.
I will co-host this retreat with guest Mindfulness and yoga teacher, Andreas Adde Grünewald from Sweden.
This retreat will be for couples and singles. We will be looking at how we can nurture and strengthen present relationships and future relationships.
